Why are 5 day old news stories coming up on My Yahoo page?

There's some technical glitch going on with Yahoo!  Judging from the questions posted here, a great number of folks are having this same problem.  Suggest you contact Yahoo! customer service, so that the scope of the problem is made clear to them.

This is the last I heard from them several days ago:  "Please be assured that our engineers are aware of this problem.  Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in finding the root cause of the problem. However, we continue to work on this issue and hope to have it resolved soon."

I'm not sure, but I sent a e-mail about a party and everyone got it the day after, which was 5 days too!.

Probably the same reason my Yahoo mail says I have 2, 3, or 4 new messages, then there's none when I log in.

Also, maybe nothing has happened that overshadows the current events .... but that's a guess.

This is a very frustrating issue, the news on myYahoo will not consistently update, who do we contact at yahoo to get some attention on this issue?
