  1. uhh... we aren't.

  2. I didn't know we were, and if we are I can't think of a good reason.

  3. Americans worried about the Queen? Maybe because many of them have English/Scots roots.  Other than that, there is no relationship as the U.S.A. is a republic, that is, has no royal ties.

As for Canadians, which I will soon become, we are considered subjects of the Queen, even though we are an independent country. She is the head of state, and all new Canadians take an oath to be loyal and protect the Queen and her descendants.

I would not use the word 'worried' - I would have phrased the question as 'What is the relationship of Queen Elizabeth II to Canadians and Americans'

  4. We're not worried about the Queen of England.

  5. I guess we are just a little bit nosey.

  6. I think because a lot of us miss the mother land.

  7. i dont believe americans ARE worried about the Queen. But if they are, maybe they're worried about her health.

  8. we canadians do not give a ratsass about the royal family

  9. Didn't know they were!

  10. huh,  what about the queen

  11. We're not.  At least, Americans aren't - I can't speak for Canadians.

(And FYI - there is no such person as the Queen of England.  The last person to hold that title was Queen Anne, who reigned from 1702-1714.  The current title is Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.)

  12. I am not worried about The Queen;I find her very interesting. We don't have Royals in the U.S. so it's educational as well as entertaining to learn about other countries(or, for me it is).
