Why are Ducth people so tall?

Does anyone have the slightest clue as to why Dutch people

are so tall in general?

Climate? Race? Things they put into babyfood? Small facial skeletons wich pushes the middle brain forcing it to procduce more growth hormone?

The nordic races are taller since they have not been mixed with shorter races such as arabic, or latin races  as frecuent as the rest, that is why in esxcence they are taller.

it is not only the dutch people. it is usual for the Nordic ppl, it is for the 'racial' reasons. And generally, the dutch are less tall compared to their northern neighbours, say Swedish or even German

It could be a result of physical attraction when selecting a mate.  If people in that region feel that the taller someone is the more attractive they are, then over time it will become a dominant genetic trait.  Taller people are more attractive, have s*x more often, have more children, and pass that attribute to them.

It's all the calcium from the Dutch cheese...

It builds up their bones and makes them extremely strong and healthy, and makes them grow longer..and therefore the Dutch are taller. ^_^
