Several E routes officially cross the UK or are contained entirely within the UK, but not signed. Why not?

  1. Probably because we have our own numbering system. A system that is easy to understand.  That's assuming you know how they are numbered!

  2. Because we've got a total differnent road system to them You just need to look at waht side road we drive on and they drive on

  3. I had never heard of them before and have done lots of motoring in the UK

  4. If you want to go from one Place to another ,you try and go in a straight line like the Romans did. If in a Car you try and go on the Widest safest Road that will bring you in a Straight line to your destination. If traveling by Bicycle you have to pick a route that avoids the Hills and is a quiet Road that will more or less keep you in a straight line to your destination. So follow the Yellow Brick Road,

    Follow Follow,

    Follow Follow,

    Follow Follow,

    Follow the Yellow Brick Road.

  5. We've got too many silly road signs already without putting up silly foreign ones as well!

  6. Maybe because the UK are *islands*.
