Why are Europeans healthier than Americans???

many americans want to know why they're so overweight while european are healthy and in shape.

speak truthfull. please.

so many fools here don't have a clue.  The US food source is 100% commercialized - its adulterated with pesticides perservatives, colors, and genetically mutated to make it look beautiful but not nutritious and also - it can last longer further degrading its nutrition. Then there are trans fats added to everthing - ultrapasturized milk(dead milk). Most of the aging popultion was not breast feed - losing lots in the way of acestural immunity too . then  - we give everyone shots to go to school,  these shots are not natural -most countries dont take all the natural away from life - we here in america have taken it all in spades... our diets should be fresh and local - and we shouldnt be dosed with a head full of xrays to have a simple filling and that filling should be somethign other than toxic metal.. - its just not this way in europe - and there is no such disease as depression in russia. - its a garbage basket diagnosis for poor health from all the above - and no matter your weight - or whether you smoke. smoking is actually good as it fights stress - and produces hormones that counter stress - which is good for blood pressure and other things - so is drinking - but all in moderation - - we have monolithic diet in the US - that comes in many bright shades.. - our health care is expensive - and because its for profit there is no benifit in making people healthy - - we are in a very bad place in the US - its all about making money - and its killing us.. period - wake up america

My theory is it's a combination of genetics, diet and exercise. The ingredients they use have proven over centuries to make one feel and look good. Portions are smaller in the south than in the north but still smaller than US mammoth portions.
