Why are Footlocker workers so rude?!?

Question

I went to lady footlocker to return these white converse.

I asked if they had them in black, they said no.

and looked at me like i was stupid or something.

WHAT KIND OF STORE DOESNT HAVE BLACK CONVERSE?

So i just left and went into the regular footlocker.

I saw the black converse.

I went to lady footlocker again and returned the shoe.

They took a long time just to do a return.

Okay whatever.

The stupid thing is, the lady didnt even tell me try next door (regular footlocker) she just said no!

I go into the regular footlocker and buy the shoe.

I ask for a size 5.

She said i couldnt try it on because i was wearing flipflops.

This is the part that confuses me most.

The size 5 are size 7 in womens.

Thats way to big.

But when i got the size 4 1/2 white converse, they were fine.

I guess 4 1/2 was in mens sizes?

So that was 6 1/2 right?

Now i have to go back and return them for a different size.

They didnt have 4 1/2 so i guess i should get a 4?

wow!! . Thats weird that they looked at you funny. don't worry about it, not just footlocker but many places that i have been too,the people have no manners at all, and don't respect the customers.

yeah all shoe workers all like that..... one time i was buying these nike and they said there was no more put i find out there is i started yalling out them and shiit and they sayed there free and they told me to get out lol. but you are right there stuiped angry idoits that dont know anything i think there probably sick of there job

the reason they didn't tell you they had them next door was because they wanted you to buy them at their store because they would get the money. and converse come in guy sizes. i wear a 7 in women's so my converse are 5 1/2.

at the footlocker(s) in my mall, the salespeople are really nice. maybe it's just your store.
