Why are Hillary supporters gonna support McCain?

With Hillary having trailed in the primary from the first day of voting, why are her supporters happier to see a continuation of the Bush policies than graciously accept that she came up short in a fair process?

Does Hillary believe that undercutting Obama and weakening him enough to lose in the general election, that in 4 yrs the majority of Dem's would forget about her actions and make her the nominee in 2012?

  1. Because intelligent people will understand that it is important to elect an experienced person into the White House instead of someone who is just a good orator.

But the race isn't over yet.  Don't discount Hillary.  She has got what it takes to be President of the United States.

  2. I believe those Hillary supporters that will vote for McCain realize what a total disaster Obama would be to our country, and would rather have McCain than Obama in the end.

Obamas Liberal Socialist ways makes Hillary's left leanings look like kid stuff.

I love the ignorance being displayed lately by the McCain haters. It gets pretty silly.

  3. They arent...it is a threat that means nothing

Right now hillary supporters are bitter about a young man taking what they think is hillary's right (the presidency)...when it comes time to actually vote, they'll understand that, between the two, Obama best represents them

  4. I won't support McCain of Obama is Hillary loses. I hope she congratulates Obama, and run as an independent candidate. IF not, I'll write her in. I do not like either of her opponents. That won't get a pity vote just because she lost. They can kick rocks.

  5. I like Hillary and her policies, and recognize she is a brilliant woman who is a hard-worker.  Her legacy of the influence she has on this country means a lot to her.  Her experience shows that.
