Why are Illinois Dems saying no obama?

Question

Illinois Democrats have produced unbalanced budgets, callous funding cuts, and antagonistic gridlock.

Yet the Democratic leader Obama describes as his political mentor believed state lawmakers deserved a pay raise for their work.

Plus, the Democrat who Obama backed for Cook County Board president produced the nation's highest sales tax.

Heading into this Democratic celebration, don't look for them to tout any great accomplishments from back home

So will they cause a big stir at the convention or will obama push them under the bus?

LOL, you don't know anything about Illinois.  We FINALLY got rid of a corrupt REPUBLICAN governor who went to JAIL and we now have to clean up after decades of REPUBLICAN CORRUPTION.  Chicago has a bad reputation from the 1960's but has always been the city that works.  The corruption does not rise to the level of the BUSH CHENEY junta with their no bid contracts in Iraq and missing money from the Pentagon and justice department vote tampering.

Illinoisans are thrilled to have a presidential candidate from their state.  I think you must have been pushed under the bus because you are delusional if you think differently.  The area around Springfield yesterday was mobbed with well wishers for Obama.

Let's look at the community that Obama organised. His success there will tell you what kind of success he will have with the whole country.

How is Chicago - Obama's community - doing? Well, they're currently having a crime wave and murder is up 13%. Is this the type of result that we want to replicate across the country?
