Why are Kings XI and Rajasthan Royals trying to upset IPL4 and cause problems for other teams?

When Kings XI and Rajasthan Royals have not paid fees for IPL4 why are they not taking their problems separately and letting IPL4 function regularly so other teams and sponsors dont suffer? What is this case of sour grapes being so selfish ? Why can't they just wait till they get a final judgement and take up matters in IPL5? What is compulsion to dance and jump on cricket pitch. Why are they lying about reputation? Haven't they actually spoilt IPL and BCCI reputation and caused poor brand value of cricket and cricketers by hogging media attention. Nobody except owners can benefit from brand value. Fans don't want IPL4 to be postponed.
