Shouldn't BEARS be the kings? They should based on what I see on Animal Planet. A Bear would tear apart a lion.

  1. Bears don't live in jungles.

  2. Lion manes are why they are called the king of the jungle... But the Real king in the Tiger... For they are the best pound for pound cat on this entire earth................

  3. The real king of the jungle is the elephant. A lion once asked an elephant ,who is king of the jungle?. The elephant picked the lion up with its trunk and bashed it against the ground a few times then let it go. When the lion had recovered its composure it said to The elephant, o.k o.k., you don't have to get mad just because you don't know the answer.

  4. The Lion lays about all day letting the females do all the work, and then grab the goods.

Sounds like most monarchies to me.

  5. Top of the food chain. Well they should be called Kings of the Savanna because that's where they live. I guess King of the jungle sounds better.

  6. A lion could easily outrun a bears big old butt, that's why they don't live near each other, for the lion would prevail, King of the jungle because they could take down an elephant, a rhino, and even proven that they fed on mammoths the largest animals known to have inhabited the earth, I would admit it would be a good fight against the bear and the lion, but I do believe the lion would win, for he has his pack to back him up if he shall fail.

  7. Bears don't live in the jungle, they live in the woods. They can be Emperor of the Woods, not King of the Jungle.
