You have said that experience doesnt really matter. The person you really have a beef with is John McCain and his "hypocricy"

Your attacks on that woman make no sense and will backfire on you.

  1. They will backfire, especially since Democrats call themselves progressive and support women coming up in this country. They are hypocrites.

  2. cookie, don't tell them yet. It'll be weeks before they figure that out for themselves.

  3. Because Obama introduced Joe Biden as the next President of the United States

  4. Because she's clueless.  I'm not saying Obama has a ton of experience, but he's extremely promising.

  5. because if the republican party wants to pick a women as vp as part of a publicity stunt to compete with the obvious Obama race issue then she should be a step ahead of Hillary. also you can note that obama has had experience in an urban city, with a very big political machine. as has his vp choice been very involved in politics. so if this is a race say for politics maybe they should have some strength in that. just as, while its not all based on beauty, a pageant contestant should have some personality.

  6. Part of the campaigning process includes finding the weakness in "your" candidate's opponents. I am more than likely not going to vote for Mac/Palin, however, the little I have read about Palin seems to show she's a tough cookie. The most immediate weakness, noted even by Mac's supporters, is her lack of political and foreign policy experience - culminating in less than 2/years as a governor. The criticisms are legitimate - perhaps a better way for you to argue your case would to focus on why the # of years is less important than what she has to offer - and start touting what she has to offer.....I know that I'd read it.......I've just read a couple of nice points this afternoon - in regard to how, as Governor of a border state to Canada, she has had to negotiate fishing rights, etc......there's a start.....seems like a more productive way to go.....

  7. People really tend to get ugly about Politics, I'm a full Obama supporter and have seen nothing wrong with Palin and hope to hear more about her. If you notice alot of the people that throw all the insults have very little education about the apposing candidate, for instance all the McCain haters only know about Obama and the Obama haters only know about McCain and beleive all the dumb rumors. Its like everyones reverted back to childhood rofl.

  8. No, experience doesn't matter in a President.  For a vice president, they require decades of experience.

I wonder who would really be running the Obama administration.

So, let's recap:  If it's a certainty that a person will have to do a job, he doesn't need any experience.  If, however, there is only a chance that someone will have to a job, that person needs lots and lots of experience.

Liberals also refuse to mention just what executive experience Obama or Biden have.  I guess it's because the only thing either has done that could be considered executive experience is Obama's selection (not election) to the presidency of the Harvard Law Review, which has fewer than 100 members. I'll take a Navy Admiral who was responsible for people's lives every day and a governor of a state of 600,000 over someone who had no responsibility whatsoever for less than 100 lives 20 years ago.

  9. His selection for VP is VERY important because of his age. She becomes President if anything would incapacitate McCain, that is if he gets elected. She will have to prove that she can stand up to any and all attacks. Really if she crumbles from election attacks do you want her as your President dealing with foreign leaders???

Attacks will not be limited on either side to either the Presidential or Vice Presidential candidate for this election.

  10. Because it shows McCain's bad judgment.

Obama picks the best, even someone who outshines him in some areas.  McCain makes a strictly political choice.

OBAMA is the one who put America first in his VP choice.

  11. The fact that I disagree with her policies on 90% of the issues makes perfect sense.  The vast majority of people who don't like her are because of the issues, not her credentials (or lack thereof).

  12. McCain started it with he said readiness to be President can only come from being a POW and having years in the National Legislature.  Since the GOP can attack Obama for not having those things, it's only fair for the Dem's to attack Palin for the same reason.  Get used to it, from now on every attack on Obama's lack of experience is going to met with one on Palins, that's just the way the game is being played these days.  Kind of sad, really.

  13. Palin has experience credentials?  Do tell....

  14. EXACTLY!!

THEY are the definition of the word HYPOCRITE

  15. Its spelled HYPOCRISY

  16. I think you have to realize, 18+ Million Americans voted for Barack knowing what his experience is, and are OK with it... his judgment supersedes his experience.... however, nobody voted for Palin, and I imagine if she was running, not many people would vote for her...

So, experience comes into play because there is a chance that Palin could become president if something happened to McCain.  A few weeks ago she didn't even know what a VP does... Plus, Obama has been preparing to be president for many many years... Palin has only a few months to get ready for the position... McCain could die on day 1 and Palin has to be ready on day 1.... 18+ Million voters already think Obama is ready on day 1... However, I don't think anybody thinks Palin is ready on day 1...

Very poor choice by McCain... and God has responded by disrupting their convention with a hurricane.

  17. No one is attacking her. She is being put under the same microscope that Obama has been under from the McCain supporters for months now. If she has no skeletons in her closet she has nothing to worry about, the rumors will not stick. But people do have a right to question the creditability and experience of the person who could potentially become president.

  18. Because they are threatened by a strong woman.

  19. They are scared and jealous.  Sour grapes maybe.  They want Hillery soooooooo bad.  What else can it be?

  20. They are scared for their future in the election, and rightly so.

  21. A BEEF with?

    HAHAHAHA.

  22. why dont u ask McCain?

To McCain, experience mattered alot..he was going on and on about obama not having no experience and then he picks palin...he's the hypocrite and he contradicted himself..THAT IS WHY YOU HEAR SO MUCH ABOUT PALIN'S LACK OF EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OBAMA WAS DRILLED ABOUT NOT HAVING ENOUGH EXPERIENCE

    obama 08

  23. Experience matters, it doesn't have to be experience in washington though.

Palin's political education includes some classes in Pol-Sci in college, she didn't even degree in it. She was mayor of a small town, and barely governor for two years.

Obama was a political activist, lawyer specializing in foreign policy, in the state legislature, and junior senator, and was a law professor.

True that experience isn't everything but wouldn't you want someone who might end up running the country some day to have more experience in politics than a minor? As i've mentioned before none of this wouldn't matter so much if McCain wasn't this close to keeling over and dying.

  24. They're just agitated by this.  The democratic pundits are all irascible and in a snit.  They look like they just bit a skunk in the rear.

  25. They fear her so they attack her to ease the doubts they are having about their own candidate.

  26. Sarah Palin backfired according to polls and for obvious reasons:

  27. Stop. If you are I hit the public spot light tomorrow. You know it would be a feeding frenzy. It would be like a pack of wild dogs tearing us apart. Every nut case, former friend, associate, lover or disgruntled family member would come out of the wood work to trash us. it's the drill, it happens to everyone. i wouldn't accept this beating. she and he are fools, because they won't have enough time to fight this. The haters will define her and they will lose as a result of it.

  28. i think its just a cheap trick by the republicans to win hilary votes and women's votes..(witch is weird since Palin is pro-life) lol

"get a hot VP to make the old man look good"
