I thought they were "progressive".

He has found a true conservative running mate and that is a good thing.

  1. Because they are sexist and demeaning!!! If we were to make racist jokes about Obama we would get attacked, but it's okay to make fun of women, this is why I told the Dem party to kiss my A**!!!!

  2. I'm not sure why people keep thinking that the people's vote matters in an election.

  3. That's not true, no one is doing anything against her but she is not progressive

  4. They havent even started to sink lower then that.

Next they will go after Palins son

    Oh wait they already have...

    never mind.

  5. What's even worse they are trying to use the woman's handicapped child as a political pawn against her.  I have officially lost ALL respect for Democrats.   I used to be independent and voted Democrat on multiple occasions but using someone's POW status and then a woman's child as attacking points in politics is so low and despicably disgusting that I'm not seriously regretting ever supporting that party at all.

  6. they think that she's just a pretty face, a ploy to get the votes from the pissed-off hillary supporters.

PLUS we have to be super critical of mcCain's vp choice because if the worst should happen and he DOES get elected, he's only got so much life left in him and she might end up with the oval office herself.

  7. I'm an Obama supporter and I think that McCain playing the female vote card is brilliant on his part.  I'm not hating, just watching the chess game pretty much.

  8. How are "unqualified" and  "inexperienced"  sexist?

  9. Sorry, it isn't working.  We look to the GOP and the right wing media to make sexist and demeaning comments about female candidates and racist and demeaning comments about diversity candidates.  It's the Republican's "Keep them in their Place" unless we need to trot them out for votes strategy.

  10. if you think it's bad now, krinkle, just wait until the comics have their say. You ask your question as if the right is innocent of demeaning questions about obama. Sarah is fair game--oops, i better not say it that way, one never knows if cheney is out hunting...

  11. I have to admit I havent been impressed with McCain but I was going to vote for him anyway becuase I dont like anything Obama stands for.  Now that Palin was his choice I am 100% behind him.  I cant wait to see the libs go after her.  They have nothing.  As long as McCain and Palin stay on message they will not have to worry about what the libs are doing and saying and they will win.

  12. 1: Give me one valid example of Obama supporters giving sexist and demeaning responses toward McCain's VP choice.

2: Why are McCain supporters giving racist and demeaning responses towards Obama?

3: Maybe they're satirizing the fact that McCain and supporters called Obama young, naive, and inexperienced followed by his VP choice who is even more so in all of these aspects.

  13. John McCain has selected Sarah Palin for his Vice Presidential candidate. The 44 year old first term Alaska governor is younger and has less experience in office than Barack Obama does. Considering McCain's and the Republican's main argument against Obama is inexperience and youth, What do you think of McCain's pick?

  14. down inside they are afraid because they know this seals the deal in Nov for the Reps. They are also hypocrites and whiners.

  15. Because most of them are Republican male nutjobs disguised as Dems.

  16. Not only are they racist, they appear to be sexist as well.

  17. Why have McCain supporters been making racist comments towards Obama and his family?

  18. If you read this regularly you know everyone role here is to make mean and belittling comments about the opposition party and give thumbs down on anyone who does not support your candidate. Isn't it?

  19. If you can't see that picking a MILF to be McCains running mate is a political gimmick, you are blind.

If you don't stop it, you'll go blind.

  20. I have herd people from both sides talking about her being pretty, a mother and having been in beauty pageants. I have not herd anything that was sexiest.

Unfortunately being in the public spotlight she is open to people questioning her past, she chose to be where she is.

  21. You people are deluded. Sarah Palin has been a Governor for 18 months! Not long enough to claim she's successful or unsuccessful! The entire state of Alaska has about 700,000 people, a little more than the population of Memphis, Tennessee, not a huge job.

Previous to that she was a mayor of a little town of 8,000 people. I lived in a town like that, the mayor's position was a PART TIME job!

Let's talk about education....a simple BA???? in journalism no less?  That's it? No masters, no law degree?

Sorry, she seems like a nice woman but we need someone who is  educated and has experience. This nomination clearly shows McCain's desperation. Women didn't simply want a woman running, they wanted the best woman available. Palin is unimpressive.

  22. Because as a whole Obama supporters  are self righteous hypocrites.

  23. All democrats are shocked and confused right now about the choice. They never saw this coming.

Presently, the ones responding in sexist tones are the dumber ones of the group that aren't smart enough to shut up and wait for the right time to respond in the right way to this selection.

  24. Because McCain picked a winner and the Dems are running scared.

  25. This is what they do. They want to be the only ones who do progressive things like make black and female appointments. If they didn't bring them to the forefront, they will destroy them. Just ask Clarence Thomas.

  26. The problem with McCain's VP choice is she's an anti-environment conservative with an ethics problem relating to her politically motivated firings.  She has a very checked past, but nothing unusual for the ethically challenged republican leadership.

  27. I haven't heard a fellow Obama supporter make an insulting comment towards his VP choice.

I personally think one of the reasons McCain chose her was to get womens votes, the old time Feminists. That opinion isn't sexist OR demeaning, its the right to free speech sweetheart.

I gotta agree with Pauls comment.

  28. For the same reason the threw Hillary under the bus, and call elderly people incompetent, and murder infants

  29. Yeah, it's funny how the libs thought it was great when Hillary ran but now that a republican fem is on the ticket, they hate it. Quite the double standard but in general, I expect nothing less from them.

  30. I haven't heard any obama supporters making sexist comments about her. I've heard them insulting her decisions and values though.

  31. They know Hussein Obama isn't going to get elected now. The DNC blew it.
