You don't need a prescrition for potassium. Just perform a search of high potassium foods and eat those. Potassium is better absorbed from foods anyway and low sodium foods in dtores have alot of potassium which is sunstituted for regular salt. A good example is low sodium V8 juice with has about 800mg of potassium in one small 8 ounce glass. a banana or a glass of orange juice has about 400 mg. Total daily potassium should be about 4700 mg.
