Why are Palestinians treated so badly by a lot of Arab countries?

Because Arabs don't give a d**n about the Palestinians who they only exploit to get billions of dollars from the world for the "Palestinian Plight"

They use them as an excuse to try to destroy Israel.

By the way, Arab Israelis live far better in Israel than most Arabs live
in Arab countries.  They vote, hold Knesset positions, work and get full
medical care and the universities in Israel are full of Arab students.

It's too bad that the Arabs mistreat their own people.  They butcher their own people and blame Israel for everything.
