cuz russia has a really good training centre in moscow, and I've been there once and i almost died.

I can answer your question about tennis only.

Russian players are the most consistent players in the tour and as you can see, there are 5 Russian women in the top 10 and at the Olympics, they swept all the medals.

The same thing about gymnastics, they are consistent and they always have the best choreography of all.

It's the same old Soviet Union athletic culture. Children are picked from a young age and sent to national training centers where they live, breathe, and eat their sport.
