Why are Sporty people (Jocks) so Mean?

Question

Every Sporty person i have ever met...and i go 2 a college that specializes in sport so i meet lots - have all been LOUD, Agressive, Bullies and hostile...why?

Insecurity, low self esteem.  Don't show fear, they can smell it and they go for the throat. Use some big words to confuse them then swiftly walk away while they are still sounding them out to themselves.  Or an airhorn is a nasty.  Every time one gets in your face that's 5000db in the ear buddy.

Fortunately I knew most of the jocks in my high school before they were jocks so I got a pass and college was more academic than athletic.

maybe you should take a poll to see what astrological signs jocks are.......then compare it to the circles you travel in?

okay if the answer doesn't lay in the stars than perhaps just blame it on the good ole fashion hormones! (which by the way are provided naturally as well as through our bovine friends as suggested previously)

IDK I'm a hippie at heart...a sarcastic south park loving sick twisted flower child! i dont understand why people need to get loud to prove a point instead of articulating themselves better! i dont understand senseless violence but for some reason love watching it in cartoon form.......go figure!
