Why are TV/VCR/DVD Combos so hard to find?

It's annoying having to buy an RF modulator along with a DVD w/VHS player to connect to my TV. it makes more sense to buy an all-in one... yet they're so hard to find.. arghhh!!!

All-in-ones suck!!!

If one part fails you have to replace the whole module.

Also, you'll find that most all-in-ones are inferior brands like panaphonics and Sorny. (I spelt them wrong on purpose!)

Well we are MOVING more towards separate devices...basically because of public demand for all-in-one devices has diminished...

Why build something that nobody wants to buy?

Maybe demand will begin to rise again, but most people are presently replacing the largest and most used TV sets right now...they'll worry about the "convenient TVs around the house" much later.....

In combo Some failure makes all functions dead. VCR is now obsoleted idea, it is of use for already recorded cassetes for archive bulild up. .. and not a common one mfr company of all three.
