Why are TimeShares, listed on EBay, so cheap?

Some are listed below $10.00 (ten dollars) Is this correct?

EBay is an auction site witch means that the price starts low but sometimes there is a reserve price that has to be meet before the owner has to sell it.  On the other hand the resale value is so bad that some owners would just give them away when they can't travel anymore.

When you buy a tmeshare you have to pay certain maintenance fees.  If the fees are really high and the vacation isn't so great, some people buy these things and just don't want them.  They truly want to just give them away for free and nobody will take them.  This is probably the case here, note that there are many very desireable timeshares but many others that nobody wants.
