Why are Ukranian women so hot?

I just love Ukranian women! I work with one, although she is not exactly super pretty the combination of eyes, attitude, intelligence, easy going nature are all good. She seems like she could do with a couple of good quality loads of s****k from me and shes gonna get them. But... How to hit onto one?
