I agree with Sophie above. If your investing in quality, then don't be afraid to buy when it's on sale!!

People are doing this out of fear and not knowing how to short stocks if they feel their stocks are going to go lower.

Their investments will be at rock bottom risk and they feel comfortable with this.

Some people only buy after they see a rising trend. This is not bad strategy but there is a lot of ways to invest intelligently even in bad markets.

If you are investing in quality stocks,,you should be buying ... not selling....
