  1. Your browser's auto-complete is turned-on

    To off this feature

    Tools>>Internet Options>>'Content' TAB

    Click "Auto-complete.."

    uncheck all the boxes and click "Clear Forms' and 'Clear Password",click "OK" and "Apply".
