Why are albanians suck ups to italians.?

im not saying anything bad but albanians talk alot about italy.they copy their cuisines.im not being racist but in albania most of the food is transported from italy.their clothing their borrow and alot more.tell me why and i hope my answer doesnt get deleted i just want to know.
