  1. Probably because it is easier to print.

    Note:  I am not sure where you are going with this but there is no truth to the rumor that, if your name is printed in ALL CAPS, that it really isn't you  (The so-called "Strawman" argument).  Everytime this argument has been tried in court, it has failed.
