haha. it's not a university. it's suppose to be Manchester United. The football team. Im watching the game now. I notice the black band too. I know it means they're in mourning. But im not sure who died or wtv.

I don't know what you mean about "Man U." The closest universities to New Castle are Wilmington U and the U of Delaware.
