  1. This is just a myth that has been around a long time.

  2. that's a lie they are not atracted to hair tell him were he got that idea they use their echo location to keep away from every thing even echother

  3. That's a myth. Bats are not attracted to your hair. I have never heard of one single case of a bat becoming entangled in someone's hair. They have no reason to fly into it deliberately, and I find it highly unlikely that they would do so accidentally. Their echolocation is superb - they can detect a spider's web stretched between two twigs, and tell which side of the web the spider is sitting, so I doubt they'd have any problem detecting someone's hair and avoiding it.

  4. That is a wive's tale, folklore myth.  They could care less about a woman's hair...they are just scooping around to eat bugs that are flying around you.  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚™Â¥

  5. CUZ YOU DIDN'T COMB IT TODAY AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEIR NEST!!

  6. First, it is not true they are attracted to you hair.  But if you hair is loose and long and curly the echo image of your hair will be soft and fuzzy compared to the harder parts of your body (head especially) and the background  objects that are more substantial than wispy hair.  So, in the echo clutter hair may not be picked up too well and the bat will fly into it while avoiding things that make a more solid image.
