They keep saying this! They keep bragging that boxers are the best-conditioned fighters who are tougher than special forces soldiers! They even go up to the point that they say that boxing could easily defeat the Marine Corp. martial arts, the special forces army martial arts,Krav Maga, and Navy seals martial arts that a proffessional boxer could easily defeat a Marine well trained with the Marine martial arts, special forces soldiers well trained in martial arts, expert Kravists, anf Navy Seals well trained in Special forces Navy martial arts! They even keep saying that military people who are well-trained in these martial arts don`t have the physical-conditioning,toughness and ability to take hits(especially uppercuts),and proper tough fast training of a proffessional boxers! That`s retardate soldiers(Including Israeli ones who practice Krav Maga) have to be very tough physically and mentally!

  1. whoever is stating that is obviously uneducated and have not done their research. As a former marine I can tell you that boxers are physically conditioned DIFFERENT than most martial artists or military personnel. The physical conditioning and endurance of most military are significantly greater than most athletes. Conditioning also varies by the person, but over all I would put my chips on the military before a boxer. Research is key.

  2. Boxers are not bragging about this, you are the one that seems to be obssessed with it

  3. I being a former boxer, and 20+ years in the United States Army 7th Special Forces have never in my life heard of any Boxer saying he could beat any Military Man. It has to be an Israeli thing. And I knew that when you said "Krav Maga", an art that has Never been taught to the U.S. special forces, or Seals for that matter. Yes, we are trained in Hand to Hand Combat situations, But I have never heard to them refered to as "Military Martial Arts". That would be an entirely knew Art Form here in the States. I have no-idea why Boxers in Israel think they are tougher than their Special Forces, But I doubt highly that is the case. Men in uniform are called upon to take lives when necessary, during conflicts and war, Boxers have rules, and Knock-Outs, not exactly a lethal form of fighting. Like I said, That is not the case here in the States. I even Boxed for the Army when I was in years ago, and never heard the accusations you made here, so it is clearly something just in your Country. Hope this answered your question. Take Care.

  4. Well ive seen on t.v. that Maui Thai is the best martial arts form in the world. but they say the most physically dangerous is boxing because it is continuous hits to the head. but a soldier can beat a boxer easily especially with holds and submissions
