what is happening from a scoiology aspect  comes down to the state of being that people are acostumed to live in. this stae of being is known as the identity logic.this implies that as humans we are relating to other people in this world as objects.thus when a male sees you he wasnt to retain his identity and at the same time he wants to have you. this desire of his to want you is the same as the desire of animal wanting food and water.the animal and this male need to have there desire meet, whether it be hunger or a lover.hence all these males are attracted to you because they know that they can have you and be themselves.they dont feel threatened by you.unfortunatly you are not presenting yourself in a way where you have no boundaries.you see yourself as an object and thus thay see you as one too.from your question you have given yourself charcteristics such as 'not pretty". this is not right.you are not an object that can be decribed. you are infinite

girls dont have to wear pounds of makeup to be 'hott' or 'attractive' there are some girls that have natural beauty.

I think of three possibilities:

1. You are more attractive than you think you are.

2. Men will often hit on the woman who isn't as attractive, because they don't feel intimidated by her looks.

3. Men want what they can't have.  By acting disinterested, you are peaking thier interest.

I'm sure there are a great many other reasons, but why question it?  It's nice to be wanted.
