  1. hi beki , how r u?

answer:::; we know every thing in universe is stable if having minimum energy.this is law of stability........

posses on of minimum energy means stability........

so,,,,, the sphere having minimum energy is more stable than any other shape like rectangular,square,pentagon,hexagon,tetr...

that is why,,,, bubbles are round and only in shape of sphere.....

  2. since bubbles are so weak the force of gravity forces down on them at a mere 14.2 lbs so it forces its weak shape into a circle. on the moon you could possibly blow the bubbles into other shapes if you had enough atmosphere.

  3. A sphere is the least energy form for uniform forces acting in a film or glob of liquid (or solid if big enough - like a planet)  It is perfectly possible to make soap films in other shapes by using wires or string to hold the edges, in which case they form the least energy form for those edges.  Long soap bubbles can be pulled in the air, but they work to a sphere as the forces balance out.

  4. they always hold the gas or liquid inside of them with the least possible surface area.  The geometric form with the least surface area for any given volume is always a sphere, not a pyramid or a cube or any other form.

  5. very simle logic:

a sphere has the minimum are for a fixed volume, less is the surface area , less is the surface energy, and all things go towards a low energy state...simple.........it can also be explined that a sphere due to its least surface are has the least surface tension

  6. good question....

bubbles r gases mixed in a "shield" of liquid

    and this is nature

    otherwise..it's all about physics

  7. *wonders same question*

    lets blame geography. loooool.

  8. A soap bubble floating in air will become spherical which has the least volume for the amount of air contained within.  The film of the bubble tries to pull equally in all directions and can be equal only for a sphere.
