This is urban legend.

I personally think teenagers are the worst drivers, because they have not yet learned that driving safely requires a temporary suspension of socializing, until they have reached their desitination.

I am a man.  Some other men have said women drivers are worst.  I disagree.  I think that they have better reflexes, and thus are able to do maneuvers that would be dangerous if men did them.
