Why are cars so cheap on auto trader website?

Look at these cars.. is that the real price? It's unbelievable

maybe they are fake or thats just a deposit or it could be that the car is not in good condition plus some of those cars have racked up a huge amount of miles which isnt good in a used car

the first one isnt actually for a jeep. its an advert for a mazda 323f he has sold the jeep. the second one is so cheap because the gear box slips

the reason they are soo cheap in general is because they cost sooo much money to run. they drink petrol like its stella, the tax a year is atrocious and is only going to get higher due to gordon brown being a wanker.

Tom W, not quite right. £ stands for British Pounds. People in the UK would not like it if you called their currency Euro. :-)

So the cars are not soooo cheap anymore. Also, it needs to be considered that most of them are quite old.

because there's probably some trick that you don't read in the fine print, causing you to (for example) pay a million dollars when your 65.

Because they have something wrong with them most of the time. Buy one with warranty from a dealewr who will fix it for you.

believe they have a value, but in reality they're worth nothing.

They don't seem cheap to me.  Always a little more than i wanted to spend.

actually these prices are off road prices which does not include registration prices , road tax , insuarance , without warranty , etc
