Can you clarify, are you asking why they select England to do so, or why they happen to be Chinese ?

I imagine England probably has loose p****y laws, in comparison to other nations, if this is more significant a problem there then elsewhere. That or their import/export laws. In regards to being Chinese, that would be culture based.

Cuz China dont have the same copyrite laws that england does and so those chinese dudes can get em really cheap.  Then they bring em to england and sell em way high.

Same thing happens here too, especially in vancouver where theres lots of asians.  U can buy same movies off the chinese guys for like 4 or 5 $ when the store will sell em for 20$

I've watched so many movies in china for that cost and the quality is great!! ^^
