  1. Because people dont stay around gas stations to smoke they drive away and smoke.

  2. Shooting is prohibited in gun stores, drinking is prohibited in liquor stores, loud music is prohibited in libraries where you can check out CDs.  There are rules for public behavior....  not to mention safety rules...  if you light up at a gas station, you're likely to finish your cigarette on the nearest satellite.

  3. I love your sense of humour darling lol

  4. LOL! You crack me up! Why are they sold anywhere when they kill people and cause so many diseases?

  5. The store can sell anything that is legal in the state and/or country. However, "smoking" being "prohibited" is an ordinance or rule. It simply means that people cannot smoke there. It doesn't mean that the sale of cigarettes is prohibited. Most people who smoke don't buy cigarettes to smoke at the gas station do they?

  6. Do people use enemas and condoms in the drugstore, or firecrackers in the fireworks store, or guns in the gun store, or fishing rods in the fishing store? Do people eat steaks in the supermarket? The cigs are being sold on the assumption that they'll be consumed elsewhere.

  7. Cigarettes are being sold, not smoked.

  8. its a quick fast buck

  9. who knows why lots of things like that happen...MONEY!

  10. its all about money

  11. does this line of thinking also apply to condoms??

  12. They sell condoms in the grocery store too.......

  13. It's not the cigarettes that are DANGEROUS, It's the lighting of them...

No cigarette ever blew up anything, but lighters and matches have destroyes lives and lands!
