  1. They are not, except roughly. I.e. "warm" colours (or shades maybe) are invigorating and "cool" colours/shades are carming. Red does not make people angry, but has been linked to less co-operation and irritation in group team-work. There is not direct link between any one colour and any one emotion.

Colours are very important within our lives.

I speak from experience in the big old world, not from textbooks or any hunches.

What poor soul would give this highly important information a thumbs down?

  3. Emotional colouring is a learned trait. We naturally learn to associate color with emotion because of colour-stigma. When someone is angry, their face may be red (negative), also, red may be associated with blood, or the act of drawing blood.

White is another prime example of an emotional color. For something to be clean, it must be "white". White is thought of as "purity" which obviously is false, it's just a metaphor we use to describe perfection and "all that is good". Black is the same as above but reversed, "dirty", dark, evil.

It's sort of a snowball effect that just never went away, colours are associated, and it's going to stay that way.

  4. it's like how colors are related to siesures.

  5. blue - calm, peace

    yellow - happy

    red - anger, passion

    blablabla
