  1. Educating people DOES NOT GUARANTEE they will NOT turn into crooks; it just means they'll be crooks who know how to read, write and do some degree of mathematics.

The only best form of education would be to educate people on how easy it can be for one to be addicted to drugs and alcohol.  Alcohol and illegal drug addictions count for 98% of crimes committed EACH SECOND in the U.S.!!

Even then: THAT form of education CAN NOT GUARANTEE people will be saved not only from a hellish life of addiction, but a miserable subsistance in prison.

And if you haven't noticed---and you're NOT alone here---U.S. prisons today are being made more nicer a place to reside in, with great thanks to liberal Federal laws and programs aimed at "enforcing humane prison conditions and educational programs for inmates".  Translation:  "You do this by Federal law(s) Warden, and we'll shower your state's corrections division with MILLION$$$!!!".

And guess what???  To the hapless homeless sap or urban street thug down on hard luck---prison is now looking like a pretty nice home to stay in.  And it's getting more that way, with the U.S. economy being in trouble like it's going.

Interesting how we as society bemoan prison construction costing us----yet we decry w/ tireless activisim for "nicer" prison conditions and far more than decent conditions and education programs for inmates.

You'd be shocked today at the NICE living conditions and prison inmate privileges convicted criminals are getting---at TAXPAYER EXPENSE.

  2. I agree with you! If take a good look at criminals, it's not entirely their fault to be how they be!

  3. Because they're losing billions because of the prisoners. LOL!

  4. there are two way to solve problem/s firstly, preventive and lastly curative solutions. preventive solutions were made by built schools, churches, mosques, social facilities and/or alike. and curative solutions were made by imprisonment the wrong ones in the prisons or social rehabilitational places, etc. do you know which country built the curative ways only? i don't think this/ these country existed.

  5. - so they wouldn't have to spend more billions because of the damages that people-supposed-to-be-in-jail inflict on society

    - so they can gain billions and due to a harmonious environment that existing prisons promote

  6. well................some people do not want to go to school. The high school dropout rate in NYC is about 45%..............h**l, College is practically free and they will not even get thru high school..............

Crime is easier.............unless you are caught.guys like 50 cent brag about how much they made dealing..............not even talking about hookers,,,,,,,,

They don't have my value system........

  7. What benefits a government more?

An ignorant society, or an intelligent one?

    Which is easier to control?

  8. they DO spend billions on schools... all public schools are funded by the govmt.

  9. being creative to promote a democracy....and other social beneficial structures...

  10. They aren't! That's part of the problem. A certain percent of the population is just plain born criminal and another percent is always made criminal. With a burgeoning population there are simply more of them and we need prisons to accommodate them.

  11. Countries are spending billions on building prisons because they fully expect to fill them.

As things get tougher in the near future more people will rebel against the encompassing injustices and be thrown into prisons.

Do you much about n**i Germany?  The western world is currently following the same pattern.  Thousands of concentration camps have already been built to house the dissenters and outright rebels.

If you don't already have a couple of guns in your house it's time you woke up and bought some.

  12. Because that is how much they cost.

  13. Because too many parents aren't spending time raising their children.
