  1. Cuss words are bad because a long time ago, people started using them out of context. They weren't created to be bad words, but the population started using them as vulgarity toward others. Take the word b*tch for example. That word means "female dog". However, it can now also mean a slander term for a woman or a man. As* was created meaning "donkey", but people started using that out of context too. People shouldn't say them now because of the vulgarity that the words now mean.

  2. Kids can't say them because we need to have some words that still have power.  When I drop an f-bomb it means something, but if every 6 year old in the world used it when they went outside the lines in the coloring book it wouldn't have as much power.

When words are used commonly their power and meaning is diluted.  Look at what has happened to the words extreme and awesome.  They are thrown about all the time today, so they don't have the same impact they once did.
