  1. You can buy white Lancashire dusters from Lakeland (used to be lakeland plastics)

If you do use yellow dusters dont be tempted to sling them in the washing machine with anything else as they don't just run they gallop! Best just to quickly hand wash in some (dish) washing up liquid after every use and dry on the radiator to prevent colour transfer.

  2. Haven't you got anything better to think about than the colours of dusters. How about Georgia,Zimbabwe or the credit crunch...hang on,,come to think of it dusters are more interesting.Dusters are yellow as a compromise colour. If it was white the duster would look dirty even if washed,if dark than you couldn't see if dirty or not.So yellow is a middle colour. You can see when to clean the duster. Why are dustbins called dustbins and why are dustmen called dustmen (it's not to do with rubbish or litter)

  3. I don't know why they are yellow  maybe its to try and make dusting Bright and cheer full lol . I think its just the type of material that they  are

  4. Coz they wanna be yellow :)

  5. That`s actually a good question.  My good answer is that I don`t know!
