  1. GREED>That's all they know..."there's a war going on"..In OZ we pay $1.39 @Litre and diesel more expensive in rural areas...where fuel is needed to feed the nation and its' economy...I cannot understand...WE are blackmail victims and there's nothing we can do about it 'cept all move back to the cities and ride bikes and claim the dole...We can be the NEW homeless..develope drug/alcohol habits..bash tourists and p**s in the streets...and Develope a new Hatred...I guess it beats suicide...Predominate out here on the perimeter.Yeah.

  2. this is the whole supply and demand thing in action. wit a war going on at this time that will not help the situation either.

  3. Down here in Nz 91 octane is $1.78/litre (4.55Lt/ imperial gallon)

It seems anytime something happens in world economy, good or bad is an excuse for fuel companies to put prices up

Here the Govt is determined to bring diesel price up to petrol

When I first brought a diesel vehicle approx 12 yrs ago it was $0.49c.litre, now it is $1.33/litre

A well tuned/maintained diesel vehicle is much more economical and puts out less pollutants than a petrol

AS to prices going down Its all in the lap of the gods or our respective governments
