Why are ghosts wearing clothing?

Question

If a ghost is the spirit of a person who never made it to the other side, why would a spirit be wearing clothing? What is the clothing made of? Thanks!

They are wearing clothing for a possible two different reasons:

1. they manifest as how they see themselves - very few people would visualize themselves naked.

2. they manifest in what they were wearing at death - which could lead to a few naked ghosts.

Ghosts are made of memory energy. They project their appearance as they want to be remembered. Many people think if they see a ghost who is a child that that person died when they were a child. Not so. They are just remembering themselves that way.

Ghosts are spirits which have no form of their own, which is why they often present as mists or blobs. They remember themselves as men or women and present that way. It depends on why they are here.

You have to understand that a spirit is made up from energy and any spirit of someone who has passed on is in the image of how that person that has passed on sees him or her self prior to passing on..... Now the Catholic Church created this bull do-do that what you see is a spirit that has not gone into the light or that spirit is stuck in purgatory which is no where near the truth... For that spirits is just the last piece of energy that the brain gives off prior to the brains death....... For it is written that all souls return to the father which I totally believe with-out question or doubt.... So in truth purgatory does not exist in the way that the Catholic Church says that it does But it does in away explain away the spirits that most people see that are really trapped in time and space......

If they died naked, then they probably won't appear with clothes.  If they had clothes on when they died, then why would they not be clothed in death?

They are probably wearing the clothes they died in. And they are probably cold without any clothes on.
