  1. Because their message wouldn't get much traction if they came to Minnesota in the winter and none of their cars would start in the fridgid cold, especially this winter.

  2. They are trying to pretend it is hot like that every day. They try to brainwash you.

  3. Same reason most other types of rallies are held at the hottest time of the year.  It's a good excuse to be outside and get a tan.  Otherwise most rallies are a waste of time.

  4. Think I believe it is found here. http://www.globalwarminghappens.com

  5. Yeah. It all started on a hot day in the 1980's when James Hansen testified to a congressional committee on climate change, to make us all aware of the global warming issue.

I think it was a cold day in 1968, when he testified that the earth was cooling and a new ice age was coming. He also said the oceans would become dead by 1980.

Oh, and his predictions for how hot it was going to get by 1995 was off 300%. Other than that, he's really a smart dude.

Ya just gotta have it on a hot day, man.

  6. It's easier for people to believe something if they can experience it at the time.  It's hard to get people to believe in global warming in the middle of winter because it is so cold.

  7. If it were freezing cold, people wouldn't know whether they were protesting against global warming or protesting to get more of it.

  8. Because the bulk of those rallying are students and professors, who have summers off.  The rest of us have to work for a living.

  9. Propaganda
