Fingerprints seem like a genetic mutation that takes place every generation and is uniquely different from each individual. How does this idea affect how we view evolution and such?

  1. Some other animals, including gorillas, koalas, and fishers (a type of weasel) have their own unique prints. In fact, koala fingerprints are remarkably similar to human fingerprints; even with an electron microscope, it can be quite difficult to distinguish between the two. Gorillas have fingerprints while chimpanzees don't, even though the latter are more closely related to humans.

  2. Because God made us superior to any animals.
