  1. you may have a Urinary Tract Infection or you may just have a weak bladder i have the same thing; mines a weak bladder caused by a UTI; go to a doctor to get it checked out; good luck.

  2. Why ARE I? Know I don't.

  3. You need to give more info. What medications are you currently taking, are you diabetic, have you had any children, do you think you might have a bladder infection. I'll check back later.

  4. There are a lot of reasons that bladder leakage can occur.  Sometimes just as people age their bladder muscles get weaker and when they sneeze, cough, or laugh their muscles can't control the urine as well.  It can also happen if you have ever had children.  There are some things that you can do to make it better and easier on yourself.  Doing Kegal exercises can help strengthen your bladder muscles.  Also, talk to you GYN who may be able to prescribe medicine or other treatments for you.  I know it may be uncomfortable to talk about but it can't hurt.  Plus, believe me they hear it all day and just want to help.

  5. you might have a weak bladder which happens with age,you can do kegal excercise when you urinate by starting and stopping the flow of your urine, that strenghtens the mussels.and helps to stop the leakage
