Why are idiots still bringing up the whole "spygate" thing?

People keep mentioning cameras and what not in their patriots related answers. Why do they keep ignoring the fact that the pats went undefeated in the regular season when it was impossible for them to "cheat"?

Ha, I know what you mean. I'm not a Pats fan, but 'stealing signals' in no way made them undefeated. It was a heavily talented and exceptionally coached team that made them undefeated.

lol I'm with you. It's history, had nothing to do with their season. Same as the c**p about Barry Bonds. Hey, it wasn't illegal when he was doing steroids-blown way out of proportion. I agree with the asterisk-he got the record  on drugs one way or another.

I've never been a big Bonds fan or Pat's fan-give it a freakin rest and get a life !

Uh, mebbe cause this has officially tarnished Bill Belichick's already questionable reputation as a person completely and totally? He was already widely considered a total douchebag, but now he's actually surpassed douchebag status and been labeled something even worse than a douchebag - a cheater. Sports fans will never, ever, ever forgive a cheater. It is the one cardinal rule of sports: DO NOT CHEAT. And Bill Belichick did. Plain and simple. it doesn't matter if he did it once or if he did it every game, he still did it, and that is unforgiveable.
