  1. its really not encouraged. most kids want a reason to belong. and being in a gang gives them a sense of family. its sad but true.

most kids that are in gangs will most likely tell you the reason they joined a gang...is because being in a gang is like having a family. it usually happens with kids who are from broken homes, or those who have been abused...it gives then a reason to belong. so much so..some kids lie for thier " family" steal for thier " family" and sometimes even die for thier " family".

There are a few of course who join because they think it is all cool...but they soon find out it is not as cool as they thought. many i imagine cannot really stomach what goes on in the more hardcore gangs. but the ones who can...have most likely already been desensitized to the brutality...probably because they have been subject to it thier whole lives.

    its really sad.

  2. Because Hollywood and MTV promote that.

  3. no one encouraged me to gang bang, and no one encourages my little cousins to do so either

depends on how you're raised and maybe where you're from

  4. Do you think all kids in general are encouraged to be gang-bangers?  Or just inner-city youths?  And who does this "encouraging"?

And why is this question in Religion and Spirituality?

  5. That's sick. It's because their parents aren't married. b*****d children tend to grow up with less morals than children from happy homes. The inner city children usually overwhelmingly fit this category.

  6. cuz itz hottttt.
