enter the search terms complete with quotation marks as I have shown and find out WHY you can't access the information you want and keep getting 'PAGE NOT FOUND' I discovered some hidden answers and prepared my own interpretation to post where ever I can!

I AM aware that a few months back, a number of genweb sites sent notices that they (and others) were in the process of changing hosts/ servers.  In some cases.. this probably means that information files, which are technically property of the volunteers on the site.. will probably have been caught up in this.

This is not uncommon in the internet world.  If there was any personal disagreements/ disputes involved, it would be a bit risky to do any "finger pointing", if that actually was the case.
