Why are mcdonalds burgers considered worst than regular burgers?

like is it more fat? i dont get it. i had 2 double cheeseburgers plain today, it was delicious. i dont see why people say its so much worst. each time i get mcdonalds (which is a few times a month) i dont get fat.
