Because to most women an athletic body is the hottest. Any guy would tell you that the Olympic games are full of hot women. We as humans are just programmed to love looking at athletic bodies and to love it even more when we can watch them show off. I know that while I'm busy drooling over the male gymnasts and the swimmers in their cute little speedoes, the men I know are busy checking out the women's beach volleyball team. LOL
