Why are moles just suddenly popped out of my face? ?

moles that bleed/change/grow... thoes are not what I ment, but the moles that are similar to aging people. the flat, little brown spots.

Two just appear beside my right outer cantus of my eye, and one below my lower lip. and I'm just 20!

You also gain little freckles which aren't dangerous throughout your life.  If they are growing to a size you are concerned with, go and see a skin specialist.  It's not abnormal for someone of your age to have to get moles cut out. Good luck  =)

its probably just skin damage from the sun, it happens to most people :)

I think they are the cause of sun exposure. I notice I get a bunch of moles on my body I never had before. That and maybe something the your skin pegment.

i think it the sun thats making moles on ur face. i dont hav moles on mah face but some on mah arms and legs
