Why are most houses for sale on real estate sites in those company made neighborhoods and not a real street?

  1. The idea is to have you call the agent for more information so that they can try and get you to buy that house or another.

    PS the information you found is "free", so this is your cost to view the information.  Seems fair to me. . ..


  2. realtor.com never used to give out the addresses.  People would get the info at realtor.com and then go search at roost.com or ziprealty.com or propsmart.com to get the address.

    Or you find a friendly realty agent who will send you all the listings.

  3. i think what she meant was why are most houses for sale online made by mass producing housing companies and have all their houses jammed into one of those "lakeview estates" gated communities of pretty much identical houses? am i right.

    i dont think you were asking about why they dont put up an address? lol

    goes to show most people dont read the question!

    my quess is that since they are mass produced....there are more and maybe they are more exspensive so more relestate agents want to list them. i think its hard to find a unique house off of a normal street. i dont think as many people would want to leave them!
