Why are my 2 friends acting this way?

Ok,

My friend Ryan told me he liked me..and I told him I liked him too. We never really asked each-other out and we kinda of flirted..I wanted to take it to the next level, then he told me he doesn't like me anymore. I accepted that..it turns out he likes my friend Jane! Now they don't act the same around me and Jane would always get Ryans attention! Jane only acts nice to me because she knows I would tell Ryan..only because he's one of my closest friends. What should I do! I feel like crying :[!

2. Ignore Jane

3. When Jane asks you to talk to Ryan good things about her and stuff, do the exact opposite.
