Why are my Peace Lily blooms green?

I rec'd a beautiful Peace Lily Plant from some friends in February and in May when it became root-bound I split it and now have 2 beautiful plants...But the lilies are green...They are a beautiful green so shouldn't complain, but no one seems to know why they're not white? Can you help me?

My Peace lily usually has white blooms but will occassionally have green ones.
